Job Description:

The role

The New York editorial office manager will be part of the US managing editor’s office with  responsibility for day-to-day administrative operations of the FT’s New York headquarters as well as providing assistance with similar functions in the other major US  bureaus, particularly Washington, DC and San Francisco.  This role will also provide executive level support to the US Managing Editor.

Salary range

A reasonable estimate of the salary range for this role is $75,000 to $85,000. To ensure pay fairness, the successful candidate will be offered a salary within the estimated salary range based on a number of considerations including but not limited to: skill set; experience and training; certifications; and other business and organisational needs. This position is represented by the News Guild.

How we work

Our hybrid setup means staff are encouraged to come into the office Tuesday to Thursday. Our New York office is located on Hudson Street between Greenwich Village and Soho.
