The Atlantic is seeking an afternoon-evening editor to join our newsroom audience engagement team, whose mission includes maximizing the reach and impact of our journalism, cultivating relationships with readers and building habit among them.
This journalist should be a strategic thinker who views the work of audience-building as a creative challenge. Impeccable judgment, excellent writing and editing skills, and agility are a must.
The Atlantic is focused on helping new and existing readers to understand the value and power of the ideas, arguments and expertise that have animated our writer-driven publication since its founding in 1857.

Salary Minimum: $77,000; Salary Maximum: $82,000
