Job Description

WDJT-TV, Weigel Broadcasting’s CBS affiliate in Milwaukee Wisconsin, is searching for a freelance bilingual sports announcer to present play-by-play and color commentary of Milwaukee professional sports teams.

Must have experience analyzing game strategies, providing updates on scores and statistics, and be able to discuss key plays and players. You will stay current on sporting news and events, have a knowledge of sports rules and regulations, and be able to write, read or adlib segments to identify station, announce station breaks and commercials.

This opportunity requires excellent verbal communication skills, the ability to remain calm under pressure and to think and adjust quickly. Must submit reel or example of your work. This is a 1099 contract opportunity.
