The Labor Education Service is a program of the University of Minnesota, located in the Twin Cities of Minneapolis and St. Paul. LES is the only educational program in the state specifically focused on the needs of Minnesota workers and their organizations. Our mission is to equip workers with the knowledge-based tools to protect and advance their rights and responsibilities in a changing global socio-economic environment.
