Media and Journalism Fellowship Program (MJF) MJF is a year-long program that offers the next generation of journalists and storytellers the opportunity to develop and grow your professional skills while working full-time at a media outlet. This program will challenge you intellectually and help you grow professionally. You will examine your role in a free press and its importance in a free society, and further develop your skills to become a fair journalist and storyteller for the public.

Writing, editing and reporting
Social media marketing & PR
Work in Washington, D.C. or in the States - Through MJF, participants will be selected by a partner organization – in the Washington, D.C. area or across the country – and attend weekly online classes with CKI. The courses taken at CKI will focus on fundamental journalism skills and the productive role of a free press in society, in particular, what it means to hold other key institutions accountable. Additionally, participants will attend three networking summits in Washington, D.C. throughout the year, enabling fellows to build a cross-country network of peers in the media industry.
