ATTN: is seeking an Supervising Producer on Editorial Video. You will work under the Managing Editor to innovate short-form documentary content and maintain existing ATTN: editorial series. They will balance content development, video production, and visionary execution. The ideal candidate is an inspired creative with a passion for telling stories. The ideal candidate will also push themselves to find new ways to tell stories within formats that fit our brand.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead simultaneous short documentary productions from development through delivery
  • Develop and innovate award-winning videos and series
  • Consistently deliver exceptional work on-time, on-budget and on-brief
  • Consistently solve creative problems with positive solutions
  • Build and scale the portfolio and production capabilities of a burgeoning media company
  • Develop, shoot, and edit content
  • Manage and grow a small team of other producers and editors


Job Requirements

Who You Are

  • 5 - 6 years of experience in video development and production at a media company
  • Curiosity in new formats and technologies
  • Ability to create award-winning work from concept through delivery
  • Ability to work with top-tier celebrity talent and political leaders
  • Experience building and tracking budgets for individual shoots
  • Experience editing with Adobe Premiere
  • Interest in politics, social justice, and news
  • Commitment to a standard of excellence
  • Ability to hire and manage freelancers when needed
  • Works well under pressure, under tight timelines and turnarounds, in a high-stakes environments all the while maintaining a commitment to quality
  • Ability to provide clear direction and address client feedback
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in our West Hollywood, CA office and travel as needed for productions
