Copywriter
At FCB Chicago, the Copywriter is an experienced creative practitioner with special verbal skills. Main responsibilities will include developing themes, concepts and copy for specific clients. Will report to and work under the complete supervision of a Creative Director.

the position:

• Writes copy and develops concepts under supervision of a senior copywriter and creative director
• Proofreads all assignments at all phases of execution
• Provides support and assistance in researching for specific projects
• Should have the ability to develop creative concepts that meet assignment objectives
• Should be in the know about current trends and behaviors
• Must be a team player
• May supervise Associate Copywriters

the personality:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communication or similar field
• 3-5 years experience within an agency environment as a writer
• Computer proficiency; knowledge of Microsoft Suite and Adobe Suite
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Excellent decision making abilities
• Strong interpersonal skills that encourage team cooperation
• Developed management, leadership and team building abilities
